CONEX WORLDWIDE Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) maintains this Privacy Policy to protect personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and to handle related inquiries promptly.

1. Personal information we collect
When you submit an inquiry: name (required), email (required), message (required), company (optional), phone (optional), inquiry type (optional).
We do not collect any other personal information through this website, and there is no membership sign-up.
2. Purpose of collection and use
To review and respond to transport and quotation inquiries and to inform you of the results.
3. Retention period
Inquiries are delivered to and kept only in the Company’s email; they are not stored on the website server.
They are kept for 3 years after the inquiry is handled and then destroyed (retention period TBD), unless other laws require a longer period.
4. Destruction of personal information
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered.
5. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties, except where required by law.
6. Outsourcing and overseas transfer
The Company entrusts the following providers with sending inquiry emails and operating the website, and personal information may be transferred overseas in the process (TBD).

If you do not want your information transferred overseas, you may contact us by the Company’s email or phone instead of the form.
7. Map service (Kakao Map)
The map on our About page is provided by Kakao Map (Kakao Corp.), and your connection information (such as IP address and browser details) may be sent to Kakao when the map loads.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by contacting the Privacy Officer below.
9. Security measures
The website and inquiry transmission are encrypted (HTTPS), and inquiry emails are accessible only to authorized staff.
